Service Description

A comprehensive annual wellness & physical examination helps us determine the general status of your health over the past 1 year. During this time, you also have a chance to discuss about any ongoing pain or other symptoms that you’re experiencing. What is included in your comprehensive annual exam? -Check for possible diseases so they can be treated early. -Assess for age appropriate or family history related cancer screenings. -Identify any issues that may become medical concerns in the future. -Review your social habits such as smoking, alcohol use or illicit drug use. -Obtain a detailed family history to review medical conditions that may affect you. -Update necessary medications & immunizations. -Ensure that you are maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine for your age. *Estimated time: 30-45 minutes
