Echocardiogram and Carotid Ultrasound are beneficial diagnostic exams that helps us diagnose any cardiac & vascular diseases should you have symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, fatigue, low exercise tolerance, dizziness / fainting episodes. Both tests are also beneficial in routine screenings in asymptomatic patients to prevent a catastrophic cardiac event by early detection & identification for risk factors of potential heart attack & stroke. If you are a Medicare patient: It is highly vital to your health if over age 65 to have an annual echocardiogram and carotid ultrasound to assess the health status of the heart and the carotid vessels. (Recommended by Medicare practice guidelines 2022). We schedule all echocardiograms & carotid ultrasounds on last friday of every month. *Estimated procedure time: 30 - 40 minutes*
