Service Description

We provide Internal Medicine & Primary Care services including a complete and comprehensive physical examination, assessment of your medical conditions and bloodwork in our office. We are accepting new patients currently - age 16 and older. For those without insurance, we offer a new patient visit at a fixed rate of $80.00 - blood work may be additional.
